The Westie Rescue of Western Pennsylvania follows an extremely strict protocol when placing a Westie in need of a foster home:

2. If you have any questions, contact us at (412) 453-6198.
3. If you are chosen to foster, the Westie Rescue representative will bring you a Foster Contract – although you can also print one out above and have it filled out and ready when the dog is delivered.
4. Please understand that completing the applications does not guarantee fostering. A very thorough decision-making process is utilized, keeping the dog's individual needs as the main contributing factor for who is chosen as the foster family.
5. Due to the high number of applications received, further communication will only be with the potential foster family. We are a very small organization made up of only volunteers, so responding to each interested party will be attempted but not guaranteed.
