Step 2 - Scarlett from Harrisburg, PA to Bedford, PA – Bill & Sandy Robison.
Step 3 - Scarlett from Bedford, PA to Cranberry, PA – Richard Brennan.
Step 4 - Scarlett from Cranberry, PA to Shippenville, PA – Lauralee & Scott Lees.
Step 5 - Scarlett from Shippenville, PA to Port Allegany, PA with Bill & Nancy Nesbitt, and their Westie, Maggie, Scarlett’s temporary foster family!
